3. Definitions
- Client/you: the person or entity requesting services.
- Services: any cleaning or related work we perform as described on our site or in a quote.

4. Quotes, Bookings, and Changes
- Quotes are based on information you provide and are subject to reasonable adjustment if the scope differs on arrival.
- A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation by email or SMS.
- You may request changes to scope or time; we will accommodate where possible and advise any impact on duration or fees.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the start window.
- Late changes or no access on arrival may incur a call-out or minimum service fee to cover travel and staff time.
6. Access and Safety
- Please ensure safe access, parking where relevant, power and water supply, and that alarms or pets are managed.
- Our team may decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, or unlawful.
7. Service Inclusions and Exclusions
Our checklists cover typical residential and office cleaning tasks. Unless expressly agreed, services do not include hazardous material removal, exterior high windows without safe access, mould remediation beyond surface wiping, or trade repairs. End-of-lease cleans follow commonly accepted agent checklists and reasonable wear standards.
8. Time Estimates
Any time windows are estimates. Quality work—not speed—is our priority. Larger or heavily soiled properties may require extensions or a follow-up visit by agreement.
9. Pricing and Payment
- We provide clear written quotes before work commences. We do not publish prices on the site.
- Payment terms will be stated on your quote or invoice. We accept common electronic methods.
- Overdue amounts may accrue reasonable late fees or collection costs permitted by law.
10. Quality Guarantee and Remedies
- If something was missed, notify us within 48 hours with photos and details. We will organise a reasonable re-clean of the affected areas.
- Our guarantee applies to the specific tasks agreed and does not cover new soiling after service completion.
11. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate property details, disclose sensitive surfaces (e.g., marble, specialty coatings), and advise priorities.
- Secure valuables and remove fragile items where possible. We take care but cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage.
12. Damage and Liability
- We maintain appropriate insurance. Our liability is limited to the lesser of the cost of re-supply or repair to the extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, business interruption, data loss, or loss of profit.
13. Pets and Special Conditions
Please inform us of pets. We use low-tox products; however, some tasks may require ventilation. We may refuse products supplied by clients that lack proper labelling or safety information.
14. Health, Hygiene, and COVID-19
We follow reasonable hygiene practices and may use PPE when appropriate. If anyone at the property is unwell with a contagious illness, tell us so we can reschedule.

Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using our services, you consent to those policies.
16. Website Use and Intellectual Property
- Site content is owned by or licensed to Enverito. You may not reproduce it without permission.
- Third-party links are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.
17. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, utility outages, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
